Thank you for shopping with Box and Bayan PH! We ship directly from our locations in:

📍 Tiguma, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur
📍 Apale, Isabel, Leyte

✅ Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays.

✅ Delivery Times

• Mindanao (from our Pagadian Store): 2–5 business days
• Visayas (from our Isabel Store): 3–7 business days
• Luzon deliveries: 5–10 business days
• Same-day delivery available within Pagadian City or Isabel town proper (additional fee applies  via  local motorcycle couriers)

✅ Shipping Couriers
We primarily use J&T Express and other reputable couriers.

✅ Shipping Fees

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

• Free shipping available on qualified orders or promos (as announced on our website or social media)

✅ Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking website.

✅ Order Issues
